That is key, appointments are a must when possible as when I arrived at this location the check in was easy via an iPad type device and I was immediately sent to the "appointment" line (B) which had nobody in it. The walk-in line, however, had at least 12-15 people waiting. I stood there for no more than 10 minutes before being called up to a free window. The process was incredibly smooth, the representative was knowledgeable and professional and I was out of there in 5-7 minutes tops. This location appears to be nowhere near as busy as the main one off of the I10.

He checked to see if I had the paperwork they needed, and then gave us the green light to move forward. Vivian called us to her desk. We told her we needed a title transfer and we handed over our driver's license, death certificate, court appointment personal rep papers, and title to the vehicle. She had to consult on this case. She came back and guided us through the process. We hit another spot were she needed another consult. She came back with the solution and we moved forward. We were able to transfer the vehicle into my parent's name. We spent approximately 30 minutes to get this done. Business picked up, so I was glad we got there when we did. I was very pleased with the efficiency and kindness of this office.

They really just let things look bad. Scan your ID , or schedule an appointment online ahead of time, but either way you'll hop in a line. There are no chairs except for handicap individuals. Plenty of room for chairs IMO! I was very happy with the person who helped me. She was so attentive, clear, listened and helped. Thank goodness for a good human interaction! Given the long waits at the DMV I thought this would be a good alternative. I couldn't have been more mistaken. First, they charge $50 to get the license which, if it was a convenience, I'd be happy to pay. However, after not receiving the license in the mail after two weeks I called and was advised to keep waiting. After waiting another month, I called back and was then conveniently told that I'd need to return to the office to take a new picture and pay an additional $50 fee because at this point I "waited to long." After asking on the phone if this could be waived since no one at any point mentioned they had an in office policy that they'll retake the photo free of charge within a month but not thereafter the incredibly rude employee declined to do so, blamed me for not knowing their policy, told us to go to the DMV and hung up. If you're looking for an alternative to the DMV I'd highly recommend that you go literally anywhere but here. I would've rather driven all the way to Phoenix for better service. Truly, unbelievable to me so the only silver is lining is my hope that my experience can save someone else from having the same. Best of luck!
