When I was called to the window we had Ammar and he was absolutely incredible. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and turned my previous experience around from a different office in Yucca Valley where the guard was extremely rude unprofessional and the clerk turned me away and said I wasn't in the correct jurisdiction which shouldn't matter as any office can assist. If you have the opportunity to visit this office and in Needles and you get called up and you have Amar you will be so happy with your outcome.

I was very impressed with the majority of the staff and Judge Moss. I was filing an order of…read moreprotection and the clerk made sure to point out anything I missed on the forms, he was super helpful and understanding. After turning in my paperwork a woman came out to check on me, I believe she was the one inputting the information into the system and she said that she wanted to come check on me after reading what happened. She gave me a hug and reassured me that everything will be okay. My only complaint was there was a woman who was supposed to be helping at the front desk, she came out and had a child with her riding on her knee wheelchair (unsure of the name). She saw the line of people and said, "Oh maybe I should go and help." Then disappeared for close to 10 minutes and slowly made her way to her window.

She quickly came back with the postman and he said he would meet me at the mailbox in about 10 mins. I went to mailbox, and he showed up in less than 10 mins. He checked the key in lock ancd it didnt work. He changed the lock and gave me new keys. Less than 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Fantastic staff.

She only needed to read the first page. She then takes it to the back to her boss bc she dint believe im her guardian or is giving me a hard time about it. They want to put charges on me and not the guilty party because they don't listen. I think it is a group of good old boys and one of the people who ganged up on me has a child in another area who was a detective so they give her special favor and no accountability I have been being mentally abused and the sheriffs are supporting it and I feel they have no respect for Disabled Veterans they don't care about justice they don't care about what's right they don't read an entire report. They only read what they wanna read and they only write what they want to write. I have been being harassed and abused since December 8 of 2025 and they will not protect me. In April of this year, my house was vandalized and I think it was the guilty party who did it because they admit that they drive by my house. One of them was even calling me up until July 1 because I could see it on my telephone. The other one kept phone calling me and nobody would listen. I hope I don't ever need them. I would rather die than call them for anything. I do not trust the local sheriffs. I don't think they have the brains to do their job.

After visiting here for about 5 times now I have come to the conclusion that this place…read moresucks..................for those that reside here anyway. I come here to work on their copier machines and I can tell you that the inmates here are neither unhappy nor happy. More like content. You see this place is considered a minimum security facility. Meaning it is a holding cell for those that have 5 or less years left on their sentence. As I am escorted by an armed security guard to the machines I service, ironically I don't get any stares or jeers from the inmates in regards to my own personal freedom. Probably because these guys are probably looking forward to their release soon (not sure if 5 or less years is soon but to them I guess that is soon enough). I gotta admit though for a minimum security prison, it is very secure with checkpoints and steel doors that are magnetically sealed. Of course there are cameras everywhere as well. Just for me to enter, I needed to be searched via metal detector and pat downs. Im lucky they don't do body cavity searches or I just might have to call in sick every time these guys call for service on their copiers. I would love to take more pics but they don't allow any electronics whatsoever in the building. I have to check in on Yelp in my car before I go inside. Only pic I took was the sign pointing me which way the prison was. When I do my work here, I always have questions for the guards and they always have something interesting to say. Like how some inmates don't actually want to leave this place because they are scared of the outside world and don't want to hassle with working a 9 to 5 job to pay bills. That's kind of a messed up way to look at things but at the same time it makes sense. As for the employees that work here, they seem ok with it. Im pretty sure each one them made a conscious choice to work here. It's not like they were banished here as a form of punishment or career choice. In actuality, their demeanor would be just like any other place of business I would go to service their machines. So in conclusion, I have neutral expectations when I come here. I thank God everyday that I have a decent life. Im sure some of these inmates that reside here are good people that just made bad decisions.
