I was shopping and proceeded to buy a few things, and was told by the two cashiers that my gift card was expired, the card did say good for one year, but it had no date on it. The cashiers were flippant when I said, I would not make my purchase and told me to have a great day. I sent two messages to the store with no response to confirm this policy because I did not know the date of my gift card as it was a returned merchandise card, no one answered my messages, with that I made several phone calls, always told to ask for someone different, finally I left my phone number, and the owner called me back to tell me that their policy is posted, the date is written on the gift card to remind you to redeem it, there is no date written on my gift card so Flirt manage to keep my $138.12. The owner did tell me she hoped it didn't leave me with a bad impression of their boutique and that again I should have a great day.

I ended up hooking up the rack and pinion supply and return incorrectly and blew the seal. The directions state to hook it up per the manufacturers instructions but none were provided. I've reached out to MTF because the rack and pinion they use is a generic brand and I cannot find the seal and their resolution is to purchase a new rack and pinion. I would not recommend this company or their products. I find it completely absurd after spending almost $6000 to not be able to get a part or a seal for a brand new rack and pinion steering my only option is to purchase a new rack and pinion.
