We just started out on a 5day camping trip in our new Ford F150 pickup and after stopping for a bite to eat at Sordiugh Lodge, the truck would not back up and barely limped along forward. We were able to coast it to a pull out spot where the transmission died. The Lowman Ranger station suggested using this tow service and so we did. Although we had to camp overnight along the side of the Hwy (which turned out kinda fun) Nick got to us by 9am and was able to tow our truck and trailer home. He was so kind and really cared about our difficult situation. His positive energy made us feel better. Last August, traveling to Montana, I was coming over the hill from Boise when I heard this awful noise coming from my engine. I drove down to the first garage I saw and they immediately looked under the hood. They checked the oil and somehow found all the oil was gone. The dipstick was dry. Not sure what happened but the diagnosis was the engine needed to be replaced. Well last August, automobiles (mine is a Subaru Tribeca) and parts were scarce. Nick, the owner looked around for engines and there was none to be found. I ended up renting a truck and continued on my trip eventually purchasing a used Subaru in Whitefish, MT. I actually was looking for a new car but there were none available. I have returned to Mexico (just retired) and have been talking to Nick. I was in no hurry to have the car repaired and Nick finally found a replacement engine. Because auto repair is so much less expensive in Mexico, I opted to have the car repaired here. I have decided to have the SUV transported to San Diego where I can pick it up and haul it back here to be repaired. Just want to give kudos to Nick for his patience, understanding, and help during these months. He did not have to store my vehicle and has decided on a very fair price for spring the vehicle for the past 6 months as well as supervising the loading of my vehicle on the transport truck. read more

My daughter was in a scary snowy mountain car crash last weekend. Luckily she was safe but the whole thing was terrifying. I had to get her late and get her home safe. The best experience we got out of it was Mustang Towing. I was able to message them in the middle of the night. I got contacted early in the morning by Nick who got the location of the car. He sent a guy over there right away to retrieve our car and keep us informed on what steps we should take. The driver took photos for our records. He kept our car safe and it really put us at easy knowing we did not have to head up the mountain to deal with our car. Highly recommend! read more

We were stranded on 55 between Horseshoe Bend and Boise. We called Mustang, and were told that it would be a long wait and that we should get another tower. We found another service to help us out, but shortly after the individual we talked to from Mustang showed up and helped tow us to the top of the hill, out of danger, free of charge. Amazing service that I'd recommend to anyone that gets in a tough place in the Horseshoe Bend area. Will certainly be recommending to everyone. Thank you again! read more

Our daughters car broke down on 55 we had just purchased it. I called Nick at Mustang towing he had a guy out to help with in a half hr. Nick had a recommendation for a car repair shop and was very sympathetic to our plight. I will use them not only for towing but also for oil changes and tires when needed. read more
