Karim arrived promptly and assisted me with my luggage. He's a very courteous and personable guy who clearly works hard to make the customer experience a positive one, which I always appreciate! This was during the great Snowpocalypse of 2017, and I was really happy that Karim drove very cautiously and safely through an unenviable amount of snow, slush, and ice.
