This was during the great Snowpocalypse of 2017, and I was really happy that Karim drove very cautiously and safely through an unenviable amount of snow, slush, and ice. I used to work reception at the Oregon convention center, and after talking to dispatch with several cab companies in Portland they were a joy to talk to.
