This doctor needs an office manager who understands communication, customer service, and scheduling. The office moved without notifying any clients or at least the ones i spoke to. Good thing I was 30 minutes early, had to find new office. Once there the waiting began. Multiple people had same appointment time. Just disorganized. Once I saw the dr. It took him 5 minutes to earn his money. It took me 2 and a half hours to get a refill. read more

Doctor Vandoren is one of the most easiest Doctors to talk to in my experience in my 71 years. He always goes over and beyond to help his patients with pain. A few years ago he put me on a medication and he also gave me a copy of his own research on this particular medication. He definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to pain management and he is now the head doctor at Olympia Neurological Institute for good reason, he's an amazing doctor and is extremely knowledgeable about his medical profession!

This procedure was supposed…read moreto help figure out why I suffer from chronic hiccups--episodes that last 24 to 48 hours straight, where I hiccup with every single breath I take. While I was with the nurses preparing for the procedure, Dr. Briggs walked in and asked, "How are the hiccups, are they getting any better?" I told him no. His response was, "Sounds like you're going to have to deal with that the rest of your life." In that moment, my heart sank. I felt like all hope had been ripped away from me. I held back tears in the room, but inside I was completely shattered. The thought that I might have to live the rest of my life like this was unbearable. After the procedure, I sat in my car and broke down, sobbing from the devastation of his words. But deep down, I know this isn't the end of my story. With the right doctor and God's will, there is hope. I will never return here again.
