Second, they have an extremely rigid cancellation policy - once you enroll, unless you cancel with more than 2 weeks notice you will get no refund on the full booking fee. My daughter woke up with a fever and tested positive for Covid the morning of camp and we obviously decided not to bring her. The camp refused to reschedule or even offer a 50% discount on a future session. I'd recommend checking out School of Rock instead.

We went there for an event and the staff ensured everyone was taken care of and had a wonderful time. 2. The location. The courts are located on the 4th floor of City Point and what makes that cool is you can explore shopping, food, and movies before or after your tennis session, all within the same building. We did just that and it added to the experience. 3. The cleanliness of the facility. Everything from the courts to the restrooms were top notch. 4. The trainers. We got to meet and work with a couple of different trainers. They were engaging, warm, and could clearly teach any level. The staff is friendly and helpful. They've always been nice to customers from what I see, and will regularly bring your order to your table if you're busy playing a game. I lived near Slope Music, went in for an audition (was pegged as a beginner) and started taking lessons with Vita Sibirsky. What a revelation!! She taught me that my love for music could be translated into my fingers on a piano and that it could be fun not torture to play music. Her love for music and her desire for me to feel confident about my ability made it an absolute pleasure to learn the piano again. Plus, she taught me music theory all the while in a way that made it really clear. Thank you Vita for showing me that having fun playing an instrument is real.
