This music center started in 2001 and I personally also took piano with Mrs. Mikako and Mrs. Hong Wang from 2007 to 2010 and that was why I trusted them and this music center with confidence.

My daughter has been a student at SOR for the past 2 years give or take. She has been able to try…read moreout different instruments, finally finding the keyboards. The instructors are so good with kids and can teach using their own interests. Once of the first things my daughter learned to play was the theme from the Super Mario Brothers game. She's now learning the Blues. Teddy is awesome - and patient; and my daughter is very comfortable with him. I recommend SOR to anyone who asks. On another note, the house band came to play at a fundraiser we are very involved in. The talent of these kids was a shock to so many who watched them walk in and didn't know what to expect. The band played for an hour and we must have had 15 people comment to us on how much they sounded like Jimmy Page, Nancy Wilson and so many of the others they covered. They were amazing. 2 of them are national SOR all stars too, so we actually had celebrities on stage! The drummer did a solo that was reminiscent of Mickey Hart or Bill Kreutzmann, only not 45 minutes long and the bass and electric guitars were just as amazing. These kids can rock.

The piano is the best I have ever played and the price was very reasonable, especially for the quality and condition of this piano. They carry all quality pianos: acoustic, digital and hybrid. Aislyn and Jeff also have given me very helpful advice which has helped with my playing. They use two incredible piano technicians: Colleen King and Eric Pareis. They have to be two of the best in New Jersey if not the entire northeast.

She showed us variety of pianos and we found something we really liked, all at our price point. We ended up buying a piano somewhere else but it was incredibly close call to buying it here. We loved how Aisyln was not pushy or stuck up (as some people in previous places). She also taught us a few things about pianos that we didn't know before. Really really enjoyed the customer service here. The pianos here were also really nice, they had a great selection and great prices! Rick was also very nice and very easy to talk to. Thanks to the worldwide piano team for a pleasant experience! We will definitely be coming here

This summer 2023 I decided to spend some time to explore pottery making. I chose this studio…read morebecause I wanted to try out pottery making first with a one day experience ( use the wheel with their expert guidance, create a finished piece and paint the piece). I loved my process during the one day wheel experience and decided to take their 4 week wheel classes. I mostly learned from their staff Danielle and she was an excellent teacher! One day wheel experience - $48 per person - perfect friend hangout or date activity! - make 1 piece on the wheel with expert staff guidance with options to make 1 more piece on your own - paint your piece with engobes paint and pick up your piece after a few weeks! 4 week classes - $200 total- such a good deal! Weekly 1 hr classes that includes all supplies, glazes and firing - make atleast 2 pieces depending on how your skills progress throughout the classes. I made 6 pieces but only took home 4! - I was a beginner so Danielle focused on throwing cylinders. However I wish there could be more variety in throwing different shapes- like a bowl - I learned so much from each class from wedging clay, centering, making even walls, trimming, making and attaching handles I loved my experience here and I'll be back to utilize their studio space for wheel throwing as well as glaze some of their premade pieces
