Before enrolling, check the Texas HHS public child-care compliance history for any daycare you are considering. Parents have the right to review inspection reports and compliance history. For BPPS on S. Mason Rd, I found a Texas HHS deficiency dated 10/7/2025 for Standard 746.2805(3), "Prohibited Punishments - Grabbing and Pulling." The public narrative states there was sufficient evidence that a child was grabbed while in care. The record also states the deficiency was corrected, and compliance was verified on 11/13/2025. I'm sharing this so other parents know to check public records, read fee policies carefully, and ask questions before enrolling.
