When my girlfriend, God bless her, decided to change her opinions at the last minute, Sarah was willing to do the process over according to the new set of specifications. She gave me multiple moissanite stones to choose from and in the end, my fiancée has a ring that she loves. It turns heads and gets complimented all the time. Mingo is the man. My…read moregas dryer stopped heating. I called my friend who knows his way around machines and he told me that the sensor was not working. I bought a new one from MV Parts but unfortunately, I got the wrong side ---it was what I needed but GE dryer has this peculiar design for right and left ---you can never tell the difference unless you're the one repairing it. Anyway, my friend tried to make do but it didn't work. He suggested that I call a professional. Because my dryer was barely 2 years old, I went to YELP for reliable leads. The first one that came up in YELP's list was really an honest guy. He told me that the timer needed to be replaced and he ordered one online. He came back a second time to fix the dryer but it didn't work. He suggested that I get either a refurbished or a brand new dryer instead of spending more than $200 on repairs. He didn't charge me a cent in the two occasions that he came to my house to look at the dryer. I called the next repair center in the list YELP gave me: A & N Appliance Repair. Mingo showed up and told me that the coils needed to be replaced. He also said that the sensor was the wrong side and it needed to be replaced too. Mingo also said that the machine is good and that after he fixes it, the machine should serve well. I went back to MV Parts and this time I made sure that I got the right sensor. Today, Mingo made the dryer work! He suggested some things that I should do to maintain the machine like cleaning at least once a year the exhaust duct. He showed me even how to do it. He explained that when the exhaust is clogged, the sensor, the coils, and the timer will break down one by one because of overheating. Thank you, Mingo. You saved me money by not replacing this 2-year old dryer.

It is an 2012. I asked to find out why it wouldn't start only, instead Jorge started checking how full my Freon was etc. I asked to stop so we had a three way boss call. I believe the secretary did not relay my concern. Jorge did a good job. He believed it's my compressor but would cost $260 est to see so that would put me at est $1000 almost half of a new one. I told him I'm replacing. He said the sales people would call. Next day no call. I called left a message. so 2 days now they decide they won't give me service. This is the way they treat retired people in the community. They will not get a recommendation from and I will pass that on. I'm still without my main air. I went and bought a window unit to get by, meanwhile I've been swamped by quotes! I went online and put it out there. Est. so far $3500 total 5 ton ac conditioner condenser on the ground will probably use them. They are from Bryan. Believe me there are a lot of other AC people out there
