This was such a cool venue for live music, I can't believe I haven't noticed it before. We went to a sold out Bowling For Soup concert and it really didn't feel that crowded and the lines weren't long. I would definitely come back here for more shows. Drinks were reasonable, plus if you go up the street a bit there's usually street parking available!

What I liked most about this venue was the phenomenal sound quality. All three performers The Movement, Tropidelic, and Kyle Smith sounded great and had really good stage presence, crowd interaction. I would highly recommend you check out Music Farm for a future concert. Thanks Music Farm I really appreciate thee experience

went to music farm and watched Bape Town perform. The drinks were good there, a little expensive but tbh that's probably the avg price of drinks everywhere now. The vibe was cool, there was a lot of space in there

This is Andrew Butler your local Charleston Realtor, we have spent a good amount of time at the Music Farm and just recently went to see Common Kings. The group is named it after me... pretty sure. I have a short, unCommon Queen that follows me around places and she loves this place because there are tiers and she can still see the stage almost anywhere she stands. Keep your eyes out because a lot of big names come through here! Small enough venue to get to see your favorite artist up close and for cheap unlike credit one... don't get me started!

Gotta give this venue 5 stars. No experiences like the previous reviews mentioned. Wasn't hot. In fact it was chilly before the bands started and then it was downright comfortable in the middle of May. Staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. Beers were expensive, but not enough to drop stars. Had a great night here seeing one of our favorite bands. Only a 4 hour drive from Jax right in the middle of beautiful downtown Charleston. I really hope a band we want to see plays here again. I will gladly make the trip. Well done Music Farm!

This weekend was the first time being back at the music farm since they'd renovated. Overall I was very pleased with the updates! The bar service was quick but a little overpriced even for Charleston. The bathrooms also weren't clean. I'd definitely stop in for another concert though. Very convenient location, right next to a parking garage.

My friend and I came here to a last minute concert and the venue was great! Very spacious, welcoming, and my main thing of an inside venue is that it was a comfortable temperature and they exceeded with that!

Music farm is a really fun, intimate venue with great staff. Despite the high heat of the day, the venue was very cool and breezy.

General admission on the first floor including all seats and the floor is amazing ... not a bad seat in the house ... and they don't seem to oversell the shows. We attended **The Charleston Christmas Special** at the Charleston Music Hall, with tickets coming…read moreout to about $75 per person after taxes and fees, and overall it just wasn't for us. The Charleston Music Hall itself is a beautiful, historic venue--intimate, well-maintained, and known for hosting concerts, comedy shows, and special events. The seating is comfortable, sightlines are good, and acoustics are solid, which definitely worked in favor of the vocal performances. The singers were clearly talented and did a great job vocally--everyone sounded wonderful, and there's no denying the performers can sing. However, we personally felt that the show didn't quite feel like a full "production." It leaned heavily on straightforward singing, with limited storytelling, choreography, or theatrical elements to tie everything together. This may come down to expectations and personal preference. Growing up around Broadway shows in NYC, we're used to more dynamic, story-driven performances with larger production value, and this didn't quite meet that standard for us. While others may enjoy it for the music and holiday spirit--especially in a cozy venue like the Charleston Music Hall--we would probably not attend again, particularly considering the ticket price.
