UNQUESTIONABLY GREAT tour by Bill DeMain of this treasured historic and famous American city! Bill…read moreprovides an intimate tour of traditional and off-the-beaten track sites with great insights and stories on the history as well as recent evolution of Nashville. His longtime experience as resident as well as an acclaimed musician adds up to a very unique and informative tour which is superior to and uniquely different than a traditional tour. We've traveled the world and been on dozens of tours and I'll put Walkin' Nashville with Bill in the top of the list. Just do it!

An awesome walk around Nashville with your music geek friend Bill who happens to have a monthly…read moreradio spot on BBC he needs to run off and do later that afternoon, and can't go to the show he really recommends you see, because he's got band practice, and oh, here's a postcard of some art his other friend is doing, these are mashups of classic country artists and 80s bands like Boy George Strait. Great stories gleaned from Bill's career in music journalism, and his obvious love for Nashville. It's a little bittersweet to pass by spots like Printers Alley and have Bill show you pictures of how it looked before the current building boom, but then you also get to walk through spots like the short trip between the stage door of the Ryman and the back entrance of the Orchid Lounge, and feel like you're walkin' with the music legends!

Ohhhh what a time we had! The amazing Paige made sure we enjoyed every bite and taught us a lot…read moreabout the food of Nashville, as well as the backstories on how they came to be! She even provided the back stories of the historical churches & buildings we passed on our way to each location. She was sweet, hilarious, spunky and after telling her ALL 12 of our names just once - she remembered them all, the entire 3 hours we were together! We enjoyed ourselves so much and I'm so grateful we signed up - I honestly don't think we would have received the same experience of Nashville if we had just gone to these places on our own. We stopped off at 5 different eateries, all were pre-picked for us so we had no idea where we would be going. Unfortunately, not all of them struck me as worthy of a second visit but it was new to us (except for Prince's, we had stumbled upon them the day before, whoops) and I will say I'm not the biggest sweets fan but the Goo Goo cluster was the perfect way to end the tour! Thank you Paige & Walk Eat Nashville!

We hit spots that I didn't even think we get to - she was kind enough to help us find a place to hang out our last day while killing time for the plane !

They have night life , concerts, awesome restaurants, museums. There's something for everyone. We flew from Newark airport and rented a car once we got there. We went to Memphis and saw Elvis' Graceland and Beale Street. We even made a stop in Georgia and Kentucky too. Highly recommend vacation ! Put this on your bucket list !

Lucky for us Experience Nashville Tours was scheduled to do one tour on Monday and we were able to confirm a spot on Sunday evening. We met our tour guide Kaysie along with a few other travelers and it was well spent couple hours. This lady is so high energy and enthusiastic that it really makes the tour a wonderful experience. You can tell she has a great passion for the artists and history of the town and she took us to several very interesting venues with lots of background stories. It was a fun couple hours and very affordable. I'd highly recommend booking a tour with Kaysie!
