One time I got there to pick up my guitar and it was right at closing time. The guy at the font desk had already closed out the register but opened everything up again so I could pay and take my guitar. The last guitar I brought in was an old Gibson semi-hollow (over 30 years old) with a tailpiece that had a reputation of being difficult to work with. I also wanted a complete set up, flat wounds put on and the action adjusted. It came out perfect! They got it done in a day!!! I'm so happy. I hope to meet this mysterious guitar wizard named Brian one day and shake his hand. I plan on going back for some lessons and will look to purchase any accessories there... local shops like this need to be supported! I'm a completely satisfied customer. This place literally rocks!

Even told me a story about a guitar he just got in and was working on that had to get fixed for a client asap which at that point he had my guitar for 9 months. When I said WTF? he promised me he would start on mine tomorrow! My guitar never got fixed. The concerning thing is our parting conversation. He was super nice and apologetic but didn't understand how telling me 4 times it would get done and not doing it after 9 months wasn't ok.

The music classes kept our kids interested and makes learning fun, my kids have been in the group classes and continuing on to private piano lessons now at age of 14 and 12. Miss Laurie the piano teacher is especially great, she works closely with kids and chooses songs that enhance and improve their skills in a fun fashion. In the age of cell phone games and YouTube shorts, it is a blessing that my kids have a hobby that is harmonious to their mind and joyful to grow on.

It also tires him out so I can get a break while he naps after class :) The classes are wonderful and well thought out so babies/toddlers can form a basic foundation for music. We also have a holiday show where all the kids perform in December. They offered free unlimited classes during the month so all the children can practice which is so generous of them.
