Not only did AMS cancel my initial order, but they made 2 unauthorized charges to MY bank card to pay off an old balance that the person I was sending it to owed from 2020. It was not cheap, one charge for $744.39 and one charge for $100.00. They simply ran the person's name that I was sending the gift to and took the $$ from my bank account. How was I to know this person owed an old balance from years ago? I went to my bank and the reported the unauthorized charges. While I was sitting there, the banker called AMS collections. The very rude man at AMS called me a liar by saying, "She knew it, it happens all of the time." He didn't have a kind word at all and was a complete ass the whole conversation. Not only have I reported it to the bank, the bankcard company, but also the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to help get my $$ back. They all have reached out to me assuring they intend to help. Meanwhile, I'm out possibly $899.34 and the trouble, financial stress and frustration in the matter. I'm sure this is not the only time it has happened. I never thought that a voice could be changed so drastically. I had always been told that you either have a naturally good voice or you don't. But that is simply not the case. I have seen Judy help people who could barely speak develop voices that are so big and so unique that no one would ever believe that they didn't have that voice naturally. And the development happens extremely quickly. The training takes focus and hard work, especially in the beginning, but once you get past everything being new and confusing, it all starts to work.
