I was greeted in a very friendly tone by every person I encountered. Terry helped me to the guitars and spent some good quality time explaining their selection. This place and especially Terry was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond and I could have not asked for a better experience. I left there after spending about $1400 on a guitar...but felt better about who I bought it from than what I bought. I will never again make the mistake of going into the chain competitor...with all the juvenile wanna be guitar gods acting like I'm a bother. These guys at Tarpley's will make you feel at home.

The only reason I wouldn't choose Cricket is simply for their Customer Support at the corporate level. These people are obviously not living in America. Your wait time is at least 3-12 minutes when the agent says they are going to transfer you and then another 3-12 minutes when they come back to say they are transferring the call now. You would think that their parent company, AT&T, would use a call center in the US at least during daylight hours. Bad on AT&T not this store. The store associates can' even access your account over the phone if you can verify everything on the account. Really poor rules and regulations when it comes to customer service for the customer who is not mobile. If it were up to me, I would NEVER use Cricket services based on this solely. It's great but also gets me in trouble that this location is close to me and to J Roberts (so I usually go to both if I go to one). Francesca's has been the source of probably 60%+ of my jewelry purchases. They offer both trendy and timeless pieces with earrings ranging from $5-$12 and necklaces usually in the $20-$30 range. Definitely not bad. I get lots of tops and dresses here. Scarves are another top seller in my book and I have one small clutch from here. I could spend hours just looking over the tables of knick knacks. The only drawbacks to this location are that it is very small. My husband normally will go anywhere shopping with me because he is a saint. However, he draws the line here because its so small and crowded that he feels awkward waiting around for me while I prance back and forth all over the store. And lastly, the sales staff is so hit to miss. Sometimes they are welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Other times they seem to judge you if you're not looking your best and assume you aren't worth their time. In this case they continue chatting amongst themselves and completely ignore your presence in the store. Which can be really awkward when there's 4 of them and you're the only customer in the tiny space.

You need to measure for your band size and then cup size. She squeezed the tape measure around my chest an gave me a 42 DDD. I've lost a lot of weight and so I tried that size and it was so tight it dug into my ribs, but she was adamant that it was the correct size and I asked her to see if they had a size bigger, they didn't. So my mom also got measurements and the bra she had my mom try was tight also to the point that half of her boob on the side stuck out of the bra. So we just left very disappointed and not happy!
