My $75 deposit was not applied to my treatment as required by their own policy, and I had to point this out to management because it was not handled correctly at the time of service. Getting my money back was a long and frustrating process. It took over five weeks and seven phone calls before the refund was finally sent. I was only informed after continued follow-ups that a check had supposedly been mailed and "lost in the mail." The refund was eventually issued, but only after significant persistence on my part. I strongly recommend that customers closely monitor deposits and refunds and be prepared to follow up repeatedly if an issue arises.

I came in for a consultation with Casey Schuetzle and had a great experience. She answered all of my questions and was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. She is patient, has a wonderful "bedside manner" and really put me at ease. I recommend coming to speak with her even if you're simply curious about medical aesthetics.
