Jordan is the best! I'm kind of picky with my food and drinks and he always makes sure that my shakes are made to perfection. He gives the best customer service and makes the best shakes. He also got a great personality so we always have great conversation. The meals he sells are amazing and they're so macro friendly. He has more than just shakes & meals though! He has locks, shakers, towels! So if you ever forget these things at home ,Jordan got you. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Highly recommend! read more

Ive been to the muscle bar for both meals a shakes. I spent a lot of money at this place! What really bothers me is how I told the guy that his shakes where not slushy and tasted like I was just drinking milk. He seemed to not care like his place is cheap. Im not the only person who didn't like the shakes. My other coworkers sd the same happened to their shake. I guess I'm the only one to complain. $7 for a cup of milk is pricey. He didn't seem to care much and yeah I bought shakes here before. I wasn't expecting the same problem especially I asked him to make it thicker. Don't waist your money at a place that don't give a dame if you like what serve or not. Especially when we all know money is hard to come by these days. I don't even work out at LA Fitness but I come here because Muscle Bar has such delicious smoothies and the owner, Jordan, is one of the nicest, welcoming individuals I've ever met. Every time I go there, he asks me how my work out was, gives me a free bottle of water, and makes me feel at home. The smoothies are delicious and packed with protein (I think AT LEAST two scoops of protein goes in the large smoothies). If you didn't know that this place was in the LA Fitness Health Club, than it's kind of hard to find on your GPS, it "arrives" you at the Sears Auto Center past Mariano's (up the ramp) parking. The owner Jordan was very nice & personable, but I was disappointed because I went there for Juice and all he had was Carrot Juice, he said that he would be juicing (with all fruits & veggies) in a couple of days. My carrot juice was pre-made (not fresh) and he put a ton of ice in the cup, you don't put ice in fresh squeezed juice, but it wasn't fresh so hence the ice. I bought a smoothie as well and that was delicious, but I was overcharged. I will stop by again for a smoothie and to see if he's juicing yet & check the charge b4 I leave. read more

I've had shakes from a bunch of other places (gym shake bars, smoothie shops, juice bars, etc.) but no other shake can compare to the PB & Jacked that Jordan blends up. Pretty much 1/2 the reason I go to the gym. I've also had their pre-made meals, and they are no joke. I've had the steak and brown rice dinner and it was great. Super nutritious and affordable for the amount of food you get. Customer service is great and Jordan is always willing to throw in a discount. Definitely stop by if you're at LA fitness or Mariano's (or getting off the metra after a long work day)! read more

Jordan is the best thing about this gym, full stop. The Muscle Bar has some of the best tasting shakes that almost make you forget you're drinking protein, and they're careful to avoid unnecessary sugar and chemicals. I always try to stop by after my workout just to chat and see what's new on their menu; I can't recommend more highly that you do the same. read more

Horrible experience. The guy who works at the place (i think his name is Jordan) is a scam. Very rude and unprofessional... he takes advantage of people and overcharges. Very pricey. The guy who was there this morning seemed a little rude or bothered to be at work. I don't know if he's the manager or what not but he didn't seem happy nor personable. I usually don't write reviews but I just had to this time. First off, this location is extremely hard to find if you are not intentionally going to LA fitness. (I tried to find it before attending this gym). Second, The employee working the bar was very rude and unprofessional(his name starts with a J). He claims to have juices but then only has a select kind per day,sometimes even one, and on top of that gyps me by filling the cup entirely with ice-you don't put ice in fresh juice!! Everything is super over priced and the quality is just okay. But honestly, everything is about customer service. It sucks that I now have to go out of my way to purchase my protein or juices pre or post workout instead of having the convenience of buying it AT the gym. But this bar does not deserve my business. Also I witnessed him being extremely disrespectful and nasty to someone who wasn't his "customer". read more

I had heard about Muscle Bar and stopped on my way into Mariano's... I had the most amazing Ultra Oatmeal Vanilla shake that I go there 3x a week just for their shakes! The peanut butter is a very close second choice :) You don't need to be an LA Fitness member either! They also have all of the good, healthy fitness supplements, and "fit meals" ... the wrap was my favorite! 5 stars and great prices! Thanks Muscle Bar!! read more

This shake bar is hands down the best in the city. Unlike your standard run of the mill la fitness shake bar, this place has heart. Family owned and operated the owner, Jordan, goes out of his way to engage the customer and make it a comforting atmosphere. He always is willing to provide excellent advice on supplements to align with your workout goals as well as whip up a shake that will not only refuel after a tough workout but taste damn good too. His meals are also out of this world and made by his family (who clearly know how to cook) they are some the tastiest pre-made meals out there and at a much lower price than other chains. Need a boost before a workout? No problem! Jordan's got you with a wide array of preworkouts that will give you the jolt and motivation you need. I cannot speak highly enough of this place.
