When you come in, they're very inviting their ass immediately. Would you like to sit inside or outside. The customer service was excellent. I used to come here on my lunch break in the past and I knew they had very good Tom Kai soup. I'm a bit under the weather and the soup was just what I needed. I had the right amount of spice right amount of heat. I like the fact that the waitress asked if I wanted vegetables in it because I told her I don't eat meat. So many years has passed by since I have come here and their customer service is still amazing.

A chilly day like today calls for some hot soup. I had Musashi bookmarked for some time now and thought today would be just right to check them out. The restaurant was located in a small strip plaza along Federal Highway offering both Thai and Japanese cuisine. There wasn't much people inside and I could already feel a sense of serenity as the hostess allowed me to sit at any available table. Instantly a friendly female server approached the table and asked if I wanted something to drink. I kindly declined and told her that all I wanted was some hot wonton soup. When the server arrived with my wonton soup, I could not wait to dig in. It contained pieces of chicken, scallions, carrot, broccoli, and three wontons in a rich flavorful broth. It most definitely hit the spot, down to the last spoonful. The server came around and asked if I would like anything else. I thought for a second (still in foodie bliss over that delicious soup) and ordered a California roll. It was freshly prepared and also delicious. Less sodium soy sauce was provided for dipping, adding flavor without being too salty. Though I didn't order much, it was satisfying and was at a reasonable price. My server was nice and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I'm intrigued on trying their fried rice next time.

Great little family owned sushi spot. Pretty clean. Good solid fare with cute outdoor seating.

Left to right: TGIF roll, Tuna Yukki Roll and Mexican roll. The star of the show was the tuna yukki roll. Tuna yukki was so fresh and perfectly doused in dressing. Service was prompt. Server recommended all three rolls which were delicious. Very quaint location.

Super delicious food, great vibey ambiance and exceptional customer service. Found a regular spot in our neighborhood. Highly recommend checking it out!

We ordered so many rolls, they put them on a boat.

I've selfishly hesitated on writing this review because the sushi is so good and priced fairly that I hope to not see them raise their prices. ;) There are plenty of sushi and roll options. The fish is fresh and the rolls are a nice size. They don't scrimp here. We've also enjoyed the weekday lunch specials as well. Lots to choose from on the menu whether you're in the mood for Japanese or Thai. The miso soup is wonderful as well! The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Parking is easy breezy. Staff are friendly (especially the sushi chefs) and attentive. We've been here at least 4x since finding this place on Yelp and everything has been consistent. This is our new sushi place when the craving kicks in.

This is my first time at Musashi. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai. Tasty, but the portion is undeniably small. Maybe about three scoops and I was done. The picture I took is very deceiving.

We come here once a week. Ning is our wonderful server. Food is always fresh and delicious. We usually eat the same thing but have tried a lot of other things. Friendly service and good food. Definitely try this place, you won't be disappointed.

Deep fried cheesecake makes such a decadent, delicious dessert.

Whenever I find myself in the Fort Lauderdale area, my friends bring me to Musashi. Musashi boasts a clean Asian decor space (and I am a total sucker for the lucky elephants). Additionally, their people were polite, attentive, kind, and were happy to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The food was fresh and flavorful, and *for the quality you are getting* exceptionally well priced.

Sashimi appetizer!! Amazing place! This is the best sushi I have in a long time! Thank you so much Coop you are truly a very kind person

We have been going to Musashi for years and it was always good. Since they moved to different spot on the same property and made there restaurant bigger their food has gotten better. Their sushi is always fresh and their Thai dishes are spot on. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable for the amount and quantity of food you get. This is definitely a place to go for real sushi and Thai. It's not a trendy loud spot where you need to show up in a fancy car to impress everyone. It is however a great meal in a casual and friendly environment.

I've been looking at this restaurant for a long time, it's next to my dentist office. The place was really clean, the menu had plenty of options, and our server was excellent. We decided to start with a couple of appetizers. The shrimp dumplings and baby octopus. Oh man, the dumplings. They were so good. Personally, I think the dumplings stole the show. That's how good they were. I also got an order of baby octopus. I forgot to ask if they were served hot or cold. This time, they were cold and served over fresh cucumber slices like a salad. It was good. My wife had a TGIF roll to eat. She seemed to enjoy it. And as for me, I had garlic and pepper chicken. It was good too. The chicken was served with broccoli and white rice. I did ask for one thing, a smaller serving of rice. Yes, it was a little bit of a strange request, but at the end of the day, I didn't need all that rice that usually comes with the dish. "Portion control. " The only negative comment I have is the can soda. I hate it when a restaurant serves soda in a can. They should have a soda fountain machine.

Is there indoor comfortable seating.? Handicapped so tiny metal chairs are not good. Booth seating? The reason I ask is so if I need to I can use my walker with a seat. TY!

Yes! Most of their tables have decent padded chairs, and they do have some booths.

The chef, Hiroyuki Terada is world renowned and has a YouTube following of over two million. He deserves every bit of praise....the food here is phenomenal! We opted for their most popular ramen dish, Tonkotsu. Simmered 12 hour bone broth with tender Chashu. Garlic fried rice, the Takoyaki appetizer. Every dish was absolutely delicious, flavorful and filling. The portions are generous. To finish the meal we shared a dessert, Xango. A deep fried cheesecake crepe served with vanilla ice cream, drizzled with caramel sauce and sprinkled with cinnamon. O.M.G....PERIOD! Afterwards we spoke to Chef Terada and let him know how much we enjoyed ourselves. He was as warm and inviting as his food. He shared stories and even took pictures with us!
