When we tried to show "Charlie" and his wife our overcharged, he cursed us and told us not to step foot on their property. We lost over $2000 to these people. My wife and I are both 75 years old. We don't have the strength or funds to fight them. Please make sure of everything you buy here, and check prices and check the quality of their installers work. It was a B minus.

I rearranged my schedule to be off work and even removed all of the furniture from my room. The installer never called to tell me that I was taken off for the day due to his schedule. I had to call the store to find out that he was not coming. I felt that I was not an important customer. I live in Grove, OK. I had to pay a deposit in advance to order the carpet. Maybe you should be told that you are not a priority if you live out of town before you spend money. I am not happy with this store. I got no apology, just was told there was nothing that could be done but wait my turn whenever that would be. Maybe this will help someone else who wants to deal with these people.

I have dealt with many businesses over the years; some good, some bad. Sadly, this is one of the…read morebad & good. Workers were awesome, but made a few errors. Normally the fix would be simple. The bad was dealing with the owner, to do some minor repairs. I was accused of being passive aggressive, because I touched base on Zane's website, reminding him for the 3rd time, that I still needed the job completed. The second time was while we were voting for the Presidential election. He had ample time to input a reminder on his phone calendar, to reach out to me. I waited 3 weeks more and contacted him on his website....merely reminding Zane...nothing aggressive, or rude, just a reminder. His response? I was passive aggressive!!! I would find a company that is glad to provide excellant service. Funny...these companies are all too talkative before they get the job. Yet seem to make rude remarks when you need 15 minutes of their time for a simple repair. The real kicker...he lives maybe 1 minute away. I pray that others that live 15 minutes away, or more, get better service. There are other companies to consider. ​

I ordered carpet here (amazingly cheap), but I understand why…read more.. It ended up taking them two day, which was not informed to us but not a big deal. On the first day they ended up leaving all of their trash outside my house and on the sidewalk (which is heavily used in my neighborhood children). And I was informed after I got home they ended up turning our air conditioner from the initial 78ish to 68. I felt as though them being able to work in air conditioning should've already been nice. Before they even showed up to put in the carpet the lady who answered the phone couldn't even give me an exact time on when they would show up and initially telling me, "we don't have a set time we just show up in the morning" and after the carpet being done we still had nails we needed to hammer down because if we stepped on the side of it we'd get stabbed by a nail. All together wasn't a great experience and the owner really put off the vibe that he didn't like his job. I only gave it two starts because at least the workers who worked on our carpet were really nice. Edit: now changing to one star because someone from the store claimed everything was fine. Other then your kind workers I had a nail that punctured my foot? So how is that okay? And trash should be picked up after leaving for the day. And at LEAST not put out on the sidewalk where my neighborhood walks. It's trashy and looks bad on your business.

They came and installed it the week after ordering it and it looks great.
