The lady told my husband we would have to drive to McAlester and give them our measurements. No other information was provided. So I drove to McAlester and gave our measurements. Her first words were, we require full payment up front and then we will come measure. She asked what I was interested in and I said a wood-type countertop. She handed my measurements back to me and said "We only do granite, quartz, blah blah". I said, "I visited your website and saw wood so I thought you also did that type work." She then said, "I told *** (my husband) that we only did granite, etc." I then said, "he had you on speaker phone and you never said that. I wouldn't have wasted my time driving here had you said that." And then she puts the full blame on my husband for not asking the question, although the website shows wood. Who does that??? I told her the website wasn't clear and I didn't realize the pictures of wood were for flooring until she told me. Who has a shoddy website without details??? She didn't try to show me what was available or even attempt to make a sale. Hey, I'm easy, open to options, and have the money but she didn't even try. She certainly missed a great opportunity. She was the most condescending woman in a business I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. We got with Tulsa Granite located in Wilburton and have decided to do quartz. They are most appreciative of our business and have treated us with utmost respect, unlike Trinity. So, you may want to make a drive to Wilburton to do business with folks that truly want your business. They guaranteed they could beat Trinity's prices by a lot anyday so it is definitely worth a drive to Wilburton. No one paying good money for a product and service should settle for substandard disrespectful treatment at Trinity. So beware.

I went to Angi List thinking they would have reputable people. A day or two later I received a phone call from Mariano Alvarez (Mario) who contacted me saying he was with Angi List. After talking to owner Mariano Alvarez (Mario) owner of Alvarez Construction and explaining to him my home needed a roof he said a deposit of $4,000 (four thousand dollars) down payment was needed to get started on the roof on my home in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the balance of $3,000 (three thousand dollars) could be mailed to him once the job was completely done within the week. He said he was a man of GOD and feared GOD because he never wanted bad karma to come to him, but after he received my $4,000 (four thousand dollars) down payment he never bother to put the roof on are answer his phone. I found him on Angi List and Angi List apparently as long as you pay them money they could care less if you are a reputable company. Angi List could careless if they represent liars, cheaters and scammer. You would thing they would check out who they allowing on their sight. Mariano Alvarez (Mario) claimed to be a GOD fearing man. GOD can't possibly be pleased with Mariano/Mario lying, scamming and cheating people out of their hard earned money. It took me years to save up that $4,000 to put a roof on my house and I still don't have one and need one put on desperately. Shame on you Mariano (Mario) Alvarez) your construction company is a fraud just like you and I have the cancelled check to prove it.

We called them and they came out but once again when they left we had several leaks. They stopped answering calls and texts. I reached back out a couple weeks ago when I noticed a rip in the gutter and of course no response. They do shoddy work and are unresponsive and unreliable.
