I had not used Murray's Jewelers previously, but broke the mount on my engagement ring and managed to find the diamond, so I took it in to Murray's to be repaired. They fixed my ring so that it was whole again and shouldn't break again anytime soon. They did so in a timely manner and at a reasonable price as well. They also suggested that I come back periodically to have it cleaned and examined so that any needs for repairs are caught long before it should break (I'm really hard on my jewelry...not their fault!).
