I almost died in the vehicle on I-80. There were missing transmission parts. Stupid me expecting transmission parts to be good. Delaney sends me VECHILE PROTECTION notices to get more money . Yep, the death trap was returned to WFA lender because my insurance company would not insurance. My credit has been hit with huge collection Way to go DuBois Delaney. After multiple phone calls to Delaney Toyota and phone calls to Toyota Corporate offices, I finally received my second key FOB from a different Toyota Dealership 11 months later because this was recommended by the Corporate Office. (Thank you Allegheny Toyota). Not only did Delaney not provide the second key FOB, but they did not assist in the efforts to obtain it. Their customer service and follow up after purchasing the vehicle is unresponsive and uncooperative. Delaney may sell you a vehicle, but that is where their service ends. As a dealer, they should have initiated and maintained contact regarding the status of the second key. I have given Delaney a 1, but that is only because I cannot give a 0.

My husband and I rode to Spitzers which is an hour drive from our house to look at a Kia I was…read moreinterested in. We got to the dealership and the car was not on the lot. The price was $27,525 and I fell in love with the car. I emailed them and told them I wanted to come that next Saturday and take it for a test drive. I then went on the internet to look at it again and the price was jacked up to $29,925. I contacted Jay who I was emailing back and forth and made an appt for 10:00 am to see the car and explained to him that in 1 day they jacked up the price of the car. I had printed off both of pricing and he told me to bring them with me when I go for the appt. We got to our appt Saturday at 10 and was told that the car was at the Kia dealership having a recall done. Like I said before, we drove an hour to be told the car wasn't there. Why couldn't they have called and told us this before we traveled an hour. With all discrepancies we went through that week I would NOT recommend Spitzers. I left the dealership upset and very angry.
