She helped me pick out shades of lipstick that worked with my skin tone. And one that didn't work after I purchased it and tried it on, she let me return for a different color. That's customer service! Store was well stocked, clean and organized. I can't speak to the pharmacy as I didn't use their services. Plenty of parking in their private lot.

There is plentry of parking out front making it super convenient to stop in. While spending time in Hood River, we drove out to The Dalles one day. Needing several items that I had forgotten to pack, I was able to pick them up here plus some random purchases after seeing some great sales on seasonal items. Scored a new fold up chair for under 5 bucks! Cheap prices on beer, wine, mixers and snack food. Not the healthiest, but definitely vacation supplies!

I stood by the Pick up counter and patiently waited to be served (I was the only one there). No one acknowledged me, so I went to the Drop off counter. That cashier actually started to walk away. When I did get a chance to ask about transferring, she replied she wasn't sure and to go to the Pick Up counter. By then, there were 2 more customers waiting in line at the pick-up window. I'm really disappointed in the staff there and will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy as the Dalles location is unhelpful.

Illegal filling of prescriptions. I would give this pharmacy…read morea negative 5 if that was possible. I cant even remember all of the terrible interactions ive had at this pharmacy. Ive been going here for over a year with nothing but headaches. 1) They filled my prescription for a controlled substance for someone who wasnt me and when I went in to get my prescription, they didnt apologize and made me come back to get my prescription filled again. It was never explained to me what happened. This is illegal. 2) one day i called and the phone rang for about 3 min and disconnected me. Then I called back I got immediately disconnected. This happened multiple times, so I went to the store. There were no customers there, and when I asked about the phone, one of the women there said she was answering calls all morning and had no idea. 3) I went in today to fill my prescription and I was the only person on line. The woman behind the counter told me she would be right with me, and then proceeded to stand around doing literally nothing until another woman came up with a question whom she immediately started helping directly in front of me. When I told her I was on line, all I was told is that I was not being cut in line.... I then tried to address this with the manager she was patronizing, told me she would "deal with me" and she had nothing to say at all about her employees directly and blatantly ignoring me to my face. Go use mosaic or any other pharmacy.
