After 20+ years of chronic pain and other related illnesses, I finally have the treatment I needed for genetic syndrome that MJ ignored. I have elhors danlos syndrome which requires constant medical supervision and treatment. If you don't mind waiting for a minimum of 4 hours past your appointment time , you will end up seeing an arrogant jerk that doesn't listen to you. Good luck ! I suggest you find a real doctor!

Dr Dragovich is an exceptional provider. He's very personable, he knows your history when he comes…read moreinto the exam room, and he presents very realistic treatment options and expectations. I highly recommend him. I did have some less than 5star interactions with the receptionist at the 1st St office. At one appointment she kept calling people up to check them in who had arrived after I did. This kept happening for close to an hour, and it was a very busy day. Finally, another lady called me up and checked me in, and basically said that I had been skipped. The receptionist was sitting right there next to us and she never turned to me and apologized. At my appointment this week, I went up to the window and signed the clipboard. It says to sign in and be seated and you will be called up to be checked in. When I was signing in, she was eating, a no no in all Dr offices, and she quickly tried to hide it by turning away. I use a walker, my mobility is limited, the receptionist wasn't busy, except for the eating part.... she could have checked me in right then. Instead, she didn't speak to me or greet me, I had to go sit down, and get up 20 minutes later to get checked in when she called me. I had a very pleasant conversation with another patient in the waiting room; she and I both had appointments with Dr Dragovich at the same time. I was checked in 20 minutes after my appointment time; I was taken back to the exam room 30 minutes after my appointment time. Dr Dragovich came in to see me 40 minutes after my appointment time, and when I left I had been there for an hour. I can say that during the 20 minutes that he spent with me, we covered everything that we needed to, he didn't act rushed, he answered all of my questions. He's definitely worth seeing, I highly recommend him, just know that his office doesn't run very efficiently, and be prepared to spend some time.

Blue Ridge Pain Management Associates has failed my father at every level of care, largely due to…read morehis physician, Dr. Baylor. My father is a workers' compensation patient with a severe back injury that has left him debilitated. He is currently in constant pain and cannot stand for more than five minutes due to shooting back and leg pain. Despite worsening symptoms, the care he has received has been negligent and dismissive. The practice is nearly impossible to reach. Phone calls routinely take three or more days to be returned, and patients cannot speak to a live person when calling. For someone in severe, ongoing pain, these delays are unacceptable and harmful. Dr. Baylor spends less than 10 minutes per visit. He does not listen, does not physically examine or assess the patient, and refused to order updated X-rays even after my father explicitly requested them while reporting debilitating symptoms. This reflects a complete lack of clinical engagement. The most alarming failure occurred in December and rests entirely with Dr. Baylor. At an appointment on Tuesday, December 16, he told my father he could receive a spinal injection three days later. When my father arrived on Friday, December 19, he was turned away because he needed to be off one of his medications for five full days. There were not even five days between the visit and the procedure. This was not a scheduling issue. It was Dr. Baylor's responsibility to know medication restrictions, provide accurate instructions, and ensure his patient was eligible for the procedure he ordered. His failure caused unnecessary pain and hardship for a man who can barely stand or walk. Dr. Baylor has demonstrated an inability to provide competent care. The repeated lack of listening, absence of examination, refusal to order appropriate imaging, and failure to manage basic treatment requirements is unacceptable. I strongly caution patients, especially workers' compensation cases, to seek care elsewhere.
