Had a few rock chips in my windshield. Called Murray and scheduled an appointment. They were able to get me in within a few days. Job was done quickly and well. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Did a great job on my BMW... wanted our Porsche done & have called many times to schedule an appointment... no one answered or returned the calls. Tired 4 different times / days. Don't think we will use them again. read more

Went through parker ford for our oem glass replacement, they sub it out to these guys. I stopped by and told them there was a really bad chemical smell after they installed glass and I couldn't drive truck. They said they didn't use urethane sealer, used some new adhesive. Said they never had anyone ever complain about smell before me. Its been like 6 or 7 months and smell is still very bad inside truck. Mostly cant drive truck because of strong chemical order. They said they would only install it same way so they wont replace glass with normal urethane sealer, so it wouldn't do any good. I said then your installing a bad product and should make it right. They said no one else ever has complained. I said mine does, that matters, mine smells and cant drive truck. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, because instead of customer satisfaction, they want to talk their way out of it. sad service. read more

Made a appointment with Cory for 930am. I showed up at 910am. The shop does Open at 8am. Lights on , no one their. Called both phone numbers no answer . I drove 40 miles round trip. Waited till 10am and left. Called again later that day no response !! read more
