I thought that was rude, but continued to check out. Then after I was done, she did not say "thank you", or "enjoy your day" or anything like that, she said "you are free to go"... I don't know what prison she worked at before, but this is not customer service! Please train or hire better employees.

The gas prices here were in line with what other gas stations were charging in the area, but they certainly were not stellar. Was it location? Well, it was just off of Interstate 95 on State Road 16 in Saint Augustine, Florida, but that wasn't it. Well, it had to be the hot dogs, right? Okay, you got me. Lol, just kidding. They were normal convenience store hot dogs and they also had the usual convenience store items that you would expect in a gas station convenience store. So what was it? I will tell you, ladies and gentlemen. What made this RaceTrac a five-star experience in my book was the great staff in this particular RaceTrac. They truly were fantastic. The staff at any establishment can make or break an experience and these guys went out of their way to make it a great experience.

The Dunkin Donuts hasn't been bad for service, but the last time I was here I had the lemon croissant donut and it was a very tough and dry dough. I'm thinking it was over cooked and old. This is not a "store" you can walk into. There's a window you can walk up to pay for gas and buy cigarettes. Sitting directly outside of the window there are a few items you can pick up and pay for at the window like chips, soda, bottled water, Gatorade, and Red Bull. That's it... that's all they have.
