Well, I…read morefinished pumping my money ($4.10/ gallon) into my tank and being the absent minded professor that I am when I'm stressed, I left my gas tank lid open as well as lid cover. As I was about to pull away, the nice gas station attendant tapped on my window and with the nicest smile and a "good morning" informed me that my gas tank lid was still open. I know this is a small thing, but simple gestures like that mean a lot. This has happened I hate to say before, and I have found that some people just don't care. I wish I had had the presence of mind to catch his name to tell him how that nice gesture made my morning. :-) P.S: was bothering me so much that I didn't catch his name that I drove back around to thank him properly. This station has gone through many updates over the years; they're always trying to improve. I remember the days when they had a little pay stand in the middle of the pumps (before paying at the pump was prevalent). Worst attendant EVER! I won't return unless Circle K changes certain employees who can't do basic…read moremath! Attendant was NOT attentive probably because she was on the phone and did not know how to subtract birth year from present year to get legal age to purchase clove cigarettes! Employee then proceeded to call me "A Karen" AND called the cops on a 50+ year old woman that was purchasing $120+ for fuel and another $30+ for smokes. I went back to the store after the name calling from employee towards me (paying customer) to get a receipt for fuel (that I didn't get the 1st time, probably due to me being pissed after being called "A Karen") and that's when employee called the cops because I wanted a receipt that I paid for the gas so when I go back in the morning to speak to her manager, I have my receipts. She didn't want me to have a receipt! She didn't like being told she didn't know how to subtract! She didn't like anybody that disagreed with her! Her comment was racist and THAT is intolerable!!!!! The employee under scrutiny happens to be black and went right in on the white customer with the name calling! "A Karen"...not "Karen" but "A Karen!" It's really unbelievable that STUPID people are trying to silence intelligent people so their feelings don't get hurt with FACTS and TRUTH!!! Boohoo!!! I will be giving my $123 to another fuel company! And that's ONLY 1 of 3 vehicles that I own and this truck has the smallest gas tank (25 gallons) . My other truck takes 35 gallons $185/tank and the other one takes 30 gallons $150/tank. She must drive an electric car and not want a job!
