It's fast and efficient, and even on the cheapest option ($10.00) my car always looks show-room ready in less than 3 minutes. Once I am through the automated car wash, I can then pull in to one of the numerous bays to vacuum and detail the interior. I have never had a problem with finding a parking space, and the overhead shade provided is great on those really hot North Carolina days. The vacuums always have plenty of suction to tackle the sand in my carpets from going to the beach, and the attendants always make sure that there is plenty of room in the garbage cans conveniently located throughout the parking lot. As I said at the beginning, I have gone to this car wash for years now and I have never had a single issue. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick yet thorough wash on their investment.

Is that staffs fault for not putting it in the machine or is it the owners fault for not ordering it for the machine?

I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. They replaced the struts and after the struts were replaced the front end started popping. I took it back 4 times and they told me to just drive it 500 to a 1000 miles to let the parts settle in. Now after the parts have "settled" in the popping is worse. Today they said the only way they would warranty out the struts, that totaled $3200 and included new tires, they would have to change the ball jounts for another $850. You would think that with all this front end work they would have seen this issue before replacing the struts or one of the other 4 times I had it in for the popping noise.

They didn't bother to offer to fix the leaking transmission cover before returning it to me or at least inform me that it is actively leaking. Needless to say the service department is lacking. Don't buy from here if you plan to have them do the maintenance, I certainly won't buy from here.
