From telling me 3 times that my son's registered truck was NOT in the name I gave her to not allowing me to be told how much money I needed to bring in order for us to get his truck out of Grays tow yard. I took my checkbook to be told no checks and finally she offered me that I could use my card but with 3.5 additional fee. All this could have been avoided if she had offered me even a ballpark figure of amount of cash to get our truck out of Grays Tow. The lady was so unprofessional and for that I feel it neçcessary to write this review. People using towing companies are already going thru stressful times but to tell ME that our truck was NOT IN THE NAME I GAVE HER 3 TIMES....I GAVE UP !

We it was after dark so we along with approximately 10 other vehicles parked our cars in a normal fashion next to the curb on Park Lane. Little did we know that when we got done with our trip through the fun house we would discover that our car had been towed. The tow truck companies owner was on site and said (intially) that Havelock Police Dept. directed him to tow all 11 cars that had been towed, but I would find out that it was not HPD that told him to do this but a Deacon from the church on the same road. So apparently anyone in havelock can call and have your legally parked car towed. So I am not taking this sitting down I plan to sue this company for taking my car without police telling him to do it. I would never use a towing service that takes orders from anyone but the police to remove a legally parked car. This just sounds illegal to me-If I could give zero stars I would.

They never contacted me again after that to update their status or to confirm the location. 70 minutes later, I call them back twice and they don't answer their phone. I called my insurance company to get an update and found that they claimed that they completed the job 20 minutes after initial contact. So there I am, 70 minutes after initial contact expecting a tow truck only to learn that everyone thinks that the job was completed 50 minutes ago, all because this company fraudulently claimed that was the case.

I agreed to a diagnosis and they called saying it would be an "additional x amount of dollars". I ended up getting charged for that x amount and the quoted price as they fixed what I thought it could be in addition to the active issue and what they quoted me on that.
