We had one sad gas station that looks like it should be condemned with ridiculously high gas prices. Now there is a bright and shiny new one stop convenience store. AND it's open 24 hours a day. The food offered is amazing with a COFFEE BAR!, PIZZA!, chicken, hot and cold sandwiches, a hot dog roller grill spinning 24-7, a frozen yogurt buffet, an enormous candy selection and all the chips and snacks you could ever want. The coolers are huge and have all the beverages. There is also a fountain area with sodas and frozen concocts. The restrooms are sparkling clean. There's an indoor and outdoor seating area and a complete truck stop with diesel pumps and scales. The staff is always friendly and goes over and above to make travelers and locals feel welcome.

The worst customer service, he wouldn't look me in my eyes and refused to scan my rewards SKU on my phone app saying that he did scan it when I know he did not. He makes me take it back to my car before he will let me buy anything. So I went and bought a NEW PURSE with ONE strap, and today it was pouring rain and i went in to buy a soda and he refused to let me purchase it because I was carrying my purse. Everyone in the store couldn't believe it. There was a woman with a purse 3x the size of mine, she asked why hers was okay and mine wasn't. He said nothing, just refused to sell me the soda. This location is spotless -- clean floors, well-organized shelves, and a bright, welcoming vibe the second you walk in. The hot food case actually looked appetizing (the pizza and wings were calling my name), and everything was fresh and properly stocked. No dried-out taquitos or sad-looking sandwiches here. But what really stood out was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, helpful, and quick. One associate even walked me over to show me where something was instead of just pointing vaguely. In a world of grumpy convenience store workers, that kind of service feels like a luxury. If you're in the Clermont area and need a quick stop, do yourself a favor and hit this location on 27.
