My wife had her truck inspected there and was rejected and needed about $500.00 of front end work to pass inspection. She had all the work done and took the truck back for re-inspection 5 weeks later. Yes the state law is that you have 20 working days or a calendar month to have it re-inspected or the inspector is entitled to completely reinspect the vehicle. Mr. Newton did a new inspection and rejected the truck again and said the muffler and tailpipe needed to be replaced. The truck sat in the drive for those 5 weeks and was not driven because of the tags being expired. So, one of two things happened. Either the muffler and tailpipe magically became defective sitting in the driveway for 5 weeks or Mr. Newton is incompetent and did not properly inspect the vehicle the first time. All this causing more time that the vehicle is off the road, running ..

The deli faves are 3.99 ea plus tax for a 6 in the total should have been just over $17 the manager tried to charge over $20 it should be company policy to charge the least amount possible. She asked what I wanted on them when she approached to help the trainee and I pointed at the deli faves and said what ever comes on them I know you can't customize them. It's about an hour east of KC which is a nice time for a stop as you've broken through a wall of traffic. It's about three hours west of St. Louis, which times out well for a pit stop before getting back into a city. In my opinion, if you can't see it off the highway, we're not pulling the car over for it. Fortunately this one is right there, and inside is nice and big with good, clean restrooms, which lemme just add, that is not always the case along I-70! The clerk was friendly as well, and there are lots of snacks and other options. All in all, this spot is a nice little stop as are most of the Travel Centers you'll come across.

I called On a Friday to see if they could fit me in to get my exhaust patched up after a lift kit…read moreinstallation. The associate on the phone asked if I could bring it in the next Monday. I was pleasantly surprised. I dropped my truck off on Monday at 9AM. By 3PM they had my truck finished. They called me and asked if it would be ok to install my front drive shaft to ensure the exhaust could be installed properly. The technician Jeremy did that for free. So for 3 decent sections of the exhaust being replaced with new pipe and Jeremy installing my driveshaft for me the grand total was $100. It would've cost me over $200 anywhere else. The customer service at the Muffler Shop in Higginsville Missouri is IMO the best around. I will be referring everyone I know. Great experience. Would do business again for sure
