The cashier on duty this morning was Very Rude and disrespectful. I Will NOT go back to this location.

The staff working at the Casey's here in town are very respectful for the most part very friendly and respectful so I do appreciate that but wish the cooks would be responsible as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this Casey's as long as you aren't expecting fresh pizza because the workers will most likely roll their eyes if you ask for a whole pizza which (by the way) is there JOB to make them if someone orders them. But the cashiers are very friendly and helpful would like to see the same from the cooks though! read more

Two stars because I had another experience with other employees that wasn't this bad. Overall, this place is the worst Casey's in the area. On our last visit, most of the fridges were not stocked and the store was a wreck. The guy at the register didn't say one word to us when all 3 of our family members said hi to him. Thank goodness he found the words to say the total so he could make the gas station some money. He was apprehensive to take our cash and when he gave us the change, he dropped it in my husbands hand and that was it. No thank you, no have a nice day, didn't even ask if we wanted a receipt. He's gotta be super lucky or a family member of management because if I was this guys boss, he'd be fired in 5 minutes. I wish I could say this was the only time we've experienced this same scenario at this Casey's but it is definitely a recurring theme. Do better or find a different job!! read more

I grew up going to Casey's so when I get somewhere near one I have to stop. It's a gas station convenience store, so you don't expect much. They are adding on a little to one end, maybe to get bigger bathrooms? Anyway, I grabbed some cheap gas and ran in to get a bottle of water and a snack. I got what I wanted and went up to the checkout. Once the cashiers got done talking and decided it was time to take my money, it was all fine and I was back on my way. You'd think you could take a break in your conversation to wait on your customers, but I've never been lucky enough to work in a gas station, maybe I just don't get it. read more

I stopped at this Casey's to get gas today when it was 17 degrees outside. I had let my gas tank get too low because it was FREEZING and I was hoping it would warm up and I could get gas without standing in the cold. I realized that I didn't have enough gas to get home AND back to a gas station, so I stopped here to get gas after work. I'm not sure what happened, but for some reason, my gas cap would NOT come off. I got in my car to call someone to come help me and my phone died. I got back out of my car and tried again, but it wouldn't budge at all. I was mortified, and also stuck! I went inside to see if there was anyone who could possibly help me (fully expecting to be told that they were a self-service gas station, so for liability reasons, they couldn't assist me). The store was SO busy, but the cashier didn't make me feel like I was a bother or nuisance at all (even though I was SO embarrassed that I couldn't get my gas cap off myself, but I didn't have a choice but to ask for help because I was OUT of gas) and she got another employee to come assist me, in the middle of a rush when it was 17 degrees outside. EXCELLENT customer service! I didn't get either of the employees names, but they were both so helpful and I can't speak highly enough of the service that I received today. If I could, I would easily double my five star rating. (Side notes- Best pizza in town. I also come in here all the time and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean.
