It's pretty cheap although there are even cheaper places within a few miles. It's a good stop, but if you need customer service help or specific items then you're not really going to be in for a lot of help here in my experience, as I found out when I was breaking down. While this is a fine stop, it's a little tight in here. There were a decent amount of people but we felt more smushed in like an NYC bodega than a big wide middle-of-nowhere rest stop. Bathrooms were clean, snacks were plentiful, and it's a perfect spot to try to avoid some road trip junk food but eventually succumb to it!

It's about an hour east of KC which is a nice time for a stop as you've broken through a wall of traffic. It's about three hours west of St. Louis, which times out well for a pit stop before getting back into a city. In my opinion, if you can't see it off the highway, we're not pulling the car over for it. Fortunately this one is right there, and inside is nice and big with good, clean restrooms, which lemme just add, that is not always the case along I-70! The clerk was friendly as well, and there are lots of snacks and other options. All in all, this spot is a nice little stop as are most of the Travel Centers you'll come across.

She asked what I wanted on them when she approached to help the trainee and I pointed at the deli faves and said what ever comes on them I know you can't customize them. The restrooms were the most disgusting restrooms I have ever seen and used in my life. The bathrooms were unisex, the toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall and there was no toilet paper, so my wife had to use paper towels. There was a piss mat to catch the urine where everybody pissed on the floor, which they did. TOTALLY DISGUSTING! The male cashier could care less what was going on in the store when we went in. He never even acknowledged us.
