Told me I needed to buy a 300$ mouth guard and had 3 cavities.. legit left crying.. after 2 more dentist visits with 2 other different dentists they both assured me that I had 0 cavities . I have never had one in my life so I'm really wondering what this man was going to do to my mouth when he had insisted to come back . In addition he had forced my mother into a periodontal cleaning and hurt her so bad she was afraid to go back . After visiting a new dentist he had explained that she should have been prescribed antibiotics . This mans lack of intelligence and care has now lead to bone loss in her jaw and has to have her front teeth removed . This man is a joke and definitely get a second opinion after seeing him

This was one of the most disappointing and distressing experiences I've had with a dental practice…read more It felt completely impersonal--more like a student clinic than a professional office. There was zero privacy; everything was out in the open, and I constantly felt like just another number. The doctor never seemed to remember what was done from one visit to the next, and it was clear there was no real continuity of care. What's worse, my teeth have shifted again because a wisdom tooth came down--something that should have been foreseen in the panoramic X-ray. But that critical detail was overlooked. The orthodontist is so overwhelmed, bouncing between multiple patients at once, that any one-on-one attention is virtually nonexistent. I trusted this practice with my care, and instead I'm left with regret and the sense that my concerns were never truly heard or prioritized.
