The staff became extremely rude, and I was repeatedly accused of being wrong without any explanation or attempt to check the records first. Despite waiting past my appointment time to speak with the doctor, the front desk threatened to deny me care unless I paid the disputed balance. Even after explaining the situation and that this was likely a billing error, I was treated with hostility and physically shoved out of the office by Stephanie Johnson. After seeing many reviews about the same PA Caitlyn, it seems they are committing outright fraud. I will be looking into to this and filing a complaint with the appropriate boards. At no point was there professional or compassionate treatment -- only accusations and intimidation. This experience was humiliating, stressful, and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this office. Do not go here. No person especially an actively sick patient should be treated like this.

Bills from the office visit and the CT scan. When I called her assistant to follow up, she said I will have the doctor look at it and call you back. You mean to tell me in a week and a half the doctor hasnt even looked at the CT scan? Wow, my health is really important.

He lies a lot to justify his high charges like 2 visits though there's only one and even faked on visit notes after I told him that he didn't exam my son at all just talked. He asked us to do 2 rounds of blood tests but still no clue about what to do next when I asked. Not only the doctor is the worst ever seen, the doctor office is worst ever as well. After talked with the doctor office for 3 days about the referral mentioning my son is suffering from daily headaches, I finally got a message from the office manager saying that the visit happened in August 15th, and I have to see another provider in the office for the referral only after the first provider charged me $660 without being able to do anything. That provider is expected to give us this referral during the visit if he has any knowledge about headaches. He delayed the diagnosis because of his incapability, charged us very high without any help. Now he even wouldn't write the referral after we know what type of specialist to see after 2nd opinion with a headache specialist. The only thing they care about is making as much as money from you but without providing any results. This is the worst ever experience not only from a doctor, but from any doctor office. I will contact related attorneys to see how this can be handled. The doctor and the office has caused long delays of the diagnosis and suffering of my son. After 2 weeks I asked for records sent to 2nd opinion including talking to the officer manager or supervisor twice, they didn't do anything though they said they would work on them. Now it turns out not only the doctor lied a lot, but the office manager or supervisor too. What kind of practice it is?!!! A place robbing patient's money without any service?

Dr. Hartley performed a breast reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy for me. He was…read morerecommended to me by my doctor, in part because he worked frequently with my surgeon (Dr. Fox). I met Dr. Hartley before my surgery and went through details and outcomes from surgery. He shared with me his previous results and demonstrated me materials for the future implants. He asked me about what I was hoping for in terms of size and appearance. Dr. Hartley impressed me by his knowledge and professionalism as a surgeon, but he was also just a very positive and supportive person. I left that first meeting feeling much better than when I had arrived. I met him few times after my first surgery as he made sure that everything was healing properly. He later performed the second part of the surgery, where the final implants are put in place and everything is made to look good! The scars are barely visible and there were no complications along the way. My family and I are very thankful to him and I am lucky to be his patient. He is very talented and highly professional.
