I couldn't be happier with the customer service…read more But, here's where I must say that the cost of getting my taxes done here or any of their H & R offices is a rip off. This is the first time using H & R and the prices are not listed as they are billed out. There are many small line items, such as typical very small filing items that they charge for, believe me they add up and get you in the end. In years past, I would use tax-accountants with many years of direct experience and my invoices would be significantly lower. Even with more difficult and lengthy forms, I paid much less. Reconcider doing business with these guys!
