Quality and Prices 5/5: for a convenience store the prices are very affordable. Service 2/5: every single time (and I go a lot and at different times) there's a huge line and only one cash register open even when there are 2 or 3 employees. I mean open a second register just for crazy lines and then just keep the one open. Cleanliness 3/4: the floor gets pretty dirty and sometimes with mud. I understand there are many people coming in and out but if they have 2 employees who are not working the cash register I'm assuming they have time to mop? I was looking for one of the new Elf on the Shelf posable elves and I hit the jackpot! It is a boy elf and he has wire in his arms and legs so it's easier to pose. And it was on sale for $35 instead of $50! Note on my purchase: the posable Elf on a Shelf is slightly bigger than the original so putting on clothing items is a little bit of a struggle. This store had a huge parking lot and was easy to get in/out. The checkout line was super short so I was able to be in my way quickly. Cashier was very friendly. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced as a customer. During my interaction with Valerie, she was extremely arrogant, hostile, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, she escalated her abusive behavior by directly insulting me in Spanish, calling me a "pendejo" to my face. Furthermore, I had a cart fully loaded with two hundred dollars worth of groceries, but I was unable to complete my purchase because Valerie, as the manager on duty, refused to assist me or address the situation. This level of disrespect, verbal abuse, and utter lack of professionalism from someone in a management position is completely unacceptable. Customers should never be insulted, demeaned, or treated with such hostility, especially when trying to check out. I expect management to take immediate action regarding this severe misconduct.
