The salad bar is usually clean and fresh. Like I said Juan has amazing customer service and is always super kind and nice to us no matter how busy or crazy it might be in the location. FYI, there is a store at the bottom that is extremely political and can make many people uncomfortable to walk through, if that is not your party. The way that I was treated today was overboard and unacceptable instead of squashing it the manager kept wanting to speak to me as if I was a child when I wasn't speaking to him at all! The only brown table in the room and he kept belittling me saying that I need to be Kind when I wasn't even talking to him and he doesn't know me at all. I have a friend that comes with me that literally yells and screams, but it seems as if he only has an issue with those he chooses to have an issue with. I have spent quite a bit of money in this restaurant, but I will no longer come again, but will miss Juan. It is unacceptable to be treated in this manner because a customer had to say more than one time that there's an error on the menu and you don't like to take accountability. A dollar isn't much, but they add up. Whatever the price is that you were telling people to pay that's how much the price should be. It may take a moment, but staff should adjust the price at the register to prevent confusion. I was told by 3 of my ladies on Saturday that during the nighttime they get a smaller plate than the daytime for the same price, which would be not worth $14, it if that's the case. I don't eat anything else on the menu, because I I have not found anything else appetizing and fulfilling for the price at this restaurant. I think they enjoyed as they were very chatting while consuming it.
