I came to roseland for advice on making my stepdaughter a memorial pamphlet. He was nice enough to…read moremake the memorial and didn't want a dime. We couldn't bury her in the traditional way, so we didn't use his mortuary, but he still offered the pamphlets at no charge. He is extremely professional and has a heart of gold. I give them ten stars plus!!!

My grandfather has been buried at Roselawn Memorial Garden in Murfreesboro since the 90s. I visit…read morethe grave about 8 times a year. The grounds keeper does a fairly well job keeping the lawn mowed. I give them two stars for that. I take away stars for unethical practice of throwing away fresh flowers, people paid hundreds of dollars for and lying. This past Sunday afternoon, my 95 year old beloved grandmother was buried. I left her grave site at sundown with her beautiful flowers from the service covering her grave. Less than 48 hours I returned with my kids to find the flowers gone and grass sod in their place. My kids (two sets of twins ages 4 and 7) was upset that someone stole their grandmothers flowers. They decorated the nameplate with pinecones from local trees to "make it pretty again", their words. When my 70 year old mom found out the flowers were removed she upset and drove there the next day and climbed in the dumpster and pulled out all of grandma's flowers and placed them back on the grave. The staff told her they were taken up because deer ate them. However, no sign of deer eating them because other than about 20% being damaged from being tossed in the dumpster, they looked in great shape. There were no signs of deer foot marks in the dirt around grandma's grave or in the area. This is not of sign of showing dignity and respect to those burried and their loved ones by stealing their fresh flowers and throwing them away. Shame on you. After being called out on this, please change how you operate in the future. We have more family who owns plots and I do not want it to happen to them when it is their time or to other families.
