They picked him up from the vets office Tuesday and did not log him into there "stellar tracking system" so on Thursday when I asked the vets office if he had been picked up yet they told me yes. I had not heard from anyone yet. So I called good shepard (which the phone number for murfreesboro is a woman in South Carolina) she informed me that they did not have my baby. So for over 24 hours I could not find my fur baby. I went to the vets office the next morning when they opened raising cane because nobody knew where my fur baby was. After 3 hours of trying to call good shepard and the vets office trying ti call Masons personal cellphone i FINALLY got the lady on the phone. She informed me that he was not showing up as being picked up yet by them. After a bit of the vet and her speaking she decided to call Matt. Matt informed her that they did in fact have my baby and for some reason he was not logged. She told me Matt was bringing my Ruger back to the vets office to prove he had him, told me he would be there in about an hour. TWO HOURS AND 15 MINUTES LATER Matt showed up all smiles and without a concern or not if remorse in his body. My whole family was devastated by the loss and to have to deal with the anxiety and stress of not knowing where he was. It was alot of emotional damage that could've been prevented. And Matt didn't apologize or act like it was a big deal at all. I will do everything in my power to let ever person i come in contact with know not to EVER use this place. The vets office is also to blame due to not having any kind of sign out system for the remains of people's loved ones. If they had a system then alot of the stress could've been avoided because the vets office would've known that Good shepard had actually already picked him up. STAY AWAY FROM GOOD SHEPARD!!! USE SINK CREEK FARMS, Ronnie at sink creek has been amazing in this whole ordeal. He took over the cremation for Ruger.
