James Parks was so professional in his presentation to us as far as what he provides as a builder. He was upfront with pricing and construction. Danielle, our front lady who we love, was amazing and took great care of us. But truly, the Oscar goes to Reid T., our foreman, who was so patient and guided us through some severe design flaws via the architect (another Yelp for another day (Blue Line Design..NO.) Nobody anticipated these flaws based on the fact that these are professional architects (or are they?) but Reid caught them every time. He reassured us that the awkward wall upstairs could be remedied He was empathetic and corrected several cabinet issues for us. He was never pushy but such bold, albeit, minor suggestions that made the world of difference in our house. He took minor design flaws and rocked them into full blown made for TV interior design show specials. We are blessed to be living in such a beautiful house and thankful to Reid who was so genuine and purposeful with all our questions and always had a solution. We are not design magnets and his suggestions were so welcome and helpful. We loved his approach to the home building process as it seemed as if he were sincere in building it for his own family...a place that truly was a home. Parks is a great company.
