First let me say that real estate agents are fiduciaries and are to act in the best interest of…read moretheir clients and only follow the wishes of the client/principal. Will Bingham has my family's property listed at this time and has reduced the price without consent of the entire ownership group which is a big big no no as you could imagine and also does not communicate in a timely fashion if at all. We did make him put it back. He actually reduced the price without having everyone agree via a written agreement because of his lack of communication skills, he just assumed it was okay to do so and said so in an email and has created a stigma with a great piece of land that could end up costing us money. In addition, he has also ignored my attempts and the others to request information throughout and even blocked me and attempted to only communicate with the other owners because I finally had enough and let him have it. He will not assume responsibility for his actions. Even in the beginning he made a mistake in the original listing agreement and ignored communication concerning the mistake and when I was finally able to reach him just made excuses as to how he could not fix it and it would have to wait until his assistant could make the necessary changes when she was available. We are currently attempting to terminate the listing with him for due cause, which is, but not limited to poor and unprofessional performance, breach of fiduciary duty and not acting with reasonable skill and care. He is actually attempting to stronghold us to the agreement with conditional demands for termination that are not in the original agreement. He actually wants us to agree to pay him when the property sells after he terminates for a period of 180 days and thinks he is due payment for his egregious behavior. He has not acted with reasonable skill and care. We refuse to work with someone that has caused this much chaos and made so many mistakes and will look for another agent. We reserve the right to terminate anyone who cannot serve us properly as I hope that you will agree with. Be careful with this one as he lives in an alternate universe where he does not have to perform up to par and can do as he pleases and make all the mistakes he wants without any real consequences and will be very confused when you, the client, are not satisfied and want to move on, because it is not what you think of his performance or lack thereof, it is only his assessment that matters. Once he gets you locked into a contract, you will not be able to get rid of him, even for due cause.

Avoid working with Kelvin Flores with La Rosa Realty LLC. My…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The listing photos were taken with a cellphone, which made the property look poorly represented compared to standard professional real‑estate marketing. Among the delay in listing the property and MLS timeline. Despite having ample time to market the home, it never sold, and I received no meaningful strategy, updates, or proactive effort to improve the listing. When the home failed to attract offers, Kelvin attempted to blame a supposed "roof permit issue." This explanation was completely inaccurate and felt like an excuse rather than an honest assessment. There was no permit problem, and the claim had no basis in the actual condition or documentation of the property. Overall, I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a professional, transparent, and competent realtor. My advice is to choose someone who uses proper marketing, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility for their work.

This agency "LA ROSA REALTY" located at 3040 Loopdale Lane Kissimmee, FL 34741 and Managing Brooker…read moreSales Associate & owner Anderson Correa acts as a dual realtor and represents both buyer and sellers, which was our case with Anderson Correa did. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, I want to add that Anderson Correa owner of "La Rosa Realty Kissimmee; has been by far the most unprofessional sector I've ever dealt with. Dignity goes a long way especially while working in the business sector and dealing with families and individuals interested in purchasing property or homes. Furthermore, never trust the META glasses he wears and the perfected process and the all in good faith or just rely on "great" conversations and smiles alone. When it comes to money people immediately want what is not theirs and money always seems to be the "KEY DISCUSSION" for people like Anderson especially during housing crisis in the year 2026. Know that the only way they get $paid$ is by perpetrating schemes/fraud as they did to us and by "sticking together" like magnets. By the way you should never trust any realtor that chooses their related co-field worker friends as they all collaborate as one big social CIRCLE of greed and will use all methods to their advantage by creating lies and fake recommendations as to "hey you'll get this x amount in price" IF you just fix the entire home to gain EQUITY and spend another $100K it will generate "GREAT" value later; like Anderson highly recommended for us to complete as per the faulty received 4-point inspection. I want to add that this realtor has been in the game for less than 10 years. Dignity goes a long way especially while working in the business of realty that should be a peaceful and great dealing experience for families and individuals interested in purchasing property/homes. When is too good to be true deal as the one located and posted on Zillow - Ventura Country Club - 3930 Southpointe Dr. apt 213 - Orlando. RUN while you can and don't lose your money by made up by fake contracts with the wording "AS IS" protect and save aggravations and do not deal with this business. It happened to me and my husband and others as per other REVIEWS to us it happened in less than 10 days. Anderson played both sides as the middle guy by constantly sounding nice on the phone by cross referencing what supposedly his sellers wanting my ESCROW money and of course words on fake documents stating "AS IS" works to his advantage by forcing buyers to pay out sellers it all goes hand in hand we all know darn well that no one works for FREE and use all tactic to finagle his "DOCU sign documents/contracts. This happened June 3, 2026 - don't sign paperwork or wire any ESROW money once you do get ready to lose 50% if not 100% of your ESCROW! He will reassure to split your ESCROW with his sellers so that they don't go to another BROKER/AGENT to re-post their home online instead he will reassure his SELLERS that BUYERS will fix their property FOR FREE another words on your cost $$$! NOTE that this is illegal in any city/state of the United States as it happened to me and my husband in under 10 days. Furthermore, google him and you will see for yourself of other related stories that faced similar escrow losses! I am sure that eventually will end up getting sued and closing their agency PERMANETELY!
