First let me say that real estate agents are fiduciaries and are to act in the best interest of…read moretheir clients and only follow the wishes of the client/principal. Will Bingham has my family's property listed at this time and has reduced the price without consent of the entire ownership group which is a big big no no as you could imagine and also does not communicate in a timely fashion if at all. We did make him put it back. He actually reduced the price without having everyone agree via a written agreement because of his lack of communication skills, he just assumed it was okay to do so and said so in an email and has created a stigma with a great piece of land that could end up costing us money. In addition, he has also ignored my attempts and the others to request information throughout and even blocked me and attempted to only communicate with the other owners because I finally had enough and let him have it. He will not assume responsibility for his actions. Even in the beginning he made a mistake in the original listing agreement and ignored communication concerning the mistake and when I was finally able to reach him just made excuses as to how he could not fix it and it would have to wait until his assistant could make the necessary changes when she was available. We are currently attempting to terminate the listing with him for due cause, which is, but not limited to poor and unprofessional performance, breach of fiduciary duty and not acting with reasonable skill and care. He is actually attempting to stronghold us to the agreement with conditional demands for termination that are not in the original agreement. He actually wants us to agree to pay him when the property sells after he terminates for a period of 180 days and thinks he is due payment for his egregious behavior. He has not acted with reasonable skill and care. We refuse to work with someone that has caused this much chaos and made so many mistakes and will look for another agent. We reserve the right to terminate anyone who cannot serve us properly as I hope that you will agree with. Be careful with this one as he lives in an alternate universe where he does not have to perform up to par and can do as he pleases and make all the mistakes he wants without any real consequences and will be very confused when you, the client, are not satisfied and want to move on, because it is not what you think of his performance or lack thereof, it is only his assessment that matters. Once he gets you locked into a contract, you will not be able to get rid of him, even for due cause.

Sarah helped save us a great deal of money by recommending companies to complete different types of repair work. Due to her efforts, the work was completed in a timely fashion & for MUCH less than had we done the legwork. Our property also sold @ an excellent price for us, the sellers. We closed in fewer than three weeks after a buyer was found. (The buyer was found almost immediately). We have been EXTREMELY pleased with Sarah's professionalism, friendliness, & diligence. The reason why I continued renting for so long was because the service was consistent!! Every time I needed something fix, I would enter the service in the site and Linda would call me the same day to fix the issue. I never had a situation where she could not fix anything. The rent was affordable and we never had an issue with the rent going sky rocket high. I appreciate Linda's service. As a matter fact, this year the reason why I am no longer renting from Linda is because she helped me buy a house! I didn't think I could afford to buy a house. I am a single mother and it's hard doing it on your own. I told Linda that I was interested in buying a house somewhere and I gave her my requirements and what I can afford one day. Within that same day, Linda contacted the builder and she used her real estate "LINGO" and she was able to get my closing cost WAIVED!!! This honestly was a blessing to me. She saved me $9000 in closing cost. It's feels good to say I am a homeowner now!! Even after I bought my house, she checked in with me to see how I was doing. She is someone who really wants to help people fullfil their dreams. Please contact Linda Wright because she is the W"RIGHT" choice!

At the time we had a lot of personal decisions that we were juggling and even the location of our new home was up in the air. Linda dedicated so much time to showing us homes and all the possibilities in several locations that we were interested in like South Tampa, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, wherever we thought we wanted to look at a house. There was even an entire day that she dedicated to us and we were able to view 12 houses throughout all of the locations I just mentioned. Linda was there and did in-depth research on each home, could answer all of our questions for each individual home, she knew the neighborhoods, school zones, taxes, you name it- Linda had the info. She was absolutely dependable throughout the entire process. She would call and email us back constantly in a timely manner when we had questions. She even made the offer, in between paperwork, inspections and closing process easy and stress-free. My fiance and I highly recommend Linda Wright for all of your home buying needs and inquiries. Thank you Linda! Don't know what we would have done without you!

She took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for and didn't waste time helping me find the place I can call home. Philippa took the time to make sure I understood what to look for in a house as well as every part of the home buying process. When my initial offer didn't get accepted, she quickly negotiated details of my offer with the listing agent on a deal that worked out perfectly for everyone involved. Ms. Coughlin initially stated that I would be able to view the home if I provided a copy of my driver's license. Relying on that representation, I sent both the front and back of my driver's license. After my identification was reviewed, the showing was denied, and she stated that she felt "uncomfortable." When I asked why my identification was requested and why I was told I could view the home if the showing was not going to occur, her tone became rude and dismissive, and my request for a clear explanation was characterized as being "argumentative." She then provided multiple inconsistent explanations, including stating she did not receive the back of my license, later admitting she did receive both the front and back via my business email, and then stating she could not proceed because the license did not come through via text, even after acknowledging receipt by email. She further stated she was not checking for it and again said she did not feel comfortable moving forward. At one point, she stated, "I see now it wouldn't work with you renting from me." No objective or consistent reason was provided, and the showing was denied only after my identification was reviewed. The shifting explanations and denial after reviewing my identification left me feeling scrutinized and subjected to what felt like prejudiced treatment, rather than being evaluated fairly as a prospective renter. While safety or verification protocols may exist in real estate, they should be communicated clearly, applied consistently, and handled professionally and respectfully. This behavior is unacceptable and fell well below the standards of professionalism, transparency, and fair treatment that clients should expect.
