Chuck and his team went out of their way to research and make connections with the HOA, prospective property management companies, and local renovation service providers. In my past experiences working with other realtors, many would give me references and names but I had to do the work. Chuck and his team took that burden from me and handled my transaction smoothly and precisely. There are thousands of people calling themselves realty professionals in Tampa Bay. My advice: Don't take a risk with someone who is working part-time or who is new to the profession or market.
