He took care of some minor repairs of my house's exterior trim, even ones that I was unaware that they needed to be done prior to them doing the work. When I pointed out little things they missed, or asked them to remove certain things that were attached to the wall rather than painting around them, they were both very gracious and obliged with a smile. After completing the job (most of my home interior as well as the exterior trim), Mark made sure I was satified before leaving and billing me for the second half of the quoted price.

I hired Mitchell Painting to do some outdoor work because of their 5 star Google rating, now I want…read morethe Yelp community to know about them as well. They did not disappoint. I hired Mitchell's Painting to paint the garage door and apply polyurethane UV protection coatings on my main entrance wood door and metal side gates. Jonathan really took his time to tape up the area and prep the surfaces so the paint and polyurethane coats adhere properly. After Jonathan applied the first coat of UV polyurethane on the main entrance wood door, he was not satisfied with the result (the sheen reflection was not uniform due to my own lousy painting attempts in previous years). So he went and got a spray gun and re-sand/reapplied the polyurethane to his liking. The door now looks like new. This perfectionist attitude is seldom seen and is much appreciated.

They sanded and caulked it and painted it. They did such a great job and the owner and the guy who did the painting were both very professional and knowledgeable. They did such a good job on the trim in the front that I didn't even notice the paint since they did such a good job matching it to the original color. I felt that the price was fair. They provided the paint and I'm so happy they did since they did a much better job matching the colors than I would have.

However, the technician arrived at approximately 1:33 PM, before I was home, and left by 1:37 PM -- well before the scheduled appointment time. I called the number that had contacted me when I saw the missed activity but received no answer. When I texted the company, I was told the technician likely arrived early because he finished a previous appointment ahead of schedule. Shortly after, the technician called and stated he had gone down the street to use the restroom. I informed him that I was home and asked him to ring the doorbell upon arrival. By 1:50 PM, no one had rung the doorbell. I checked my Ring camera footage and saw him standing at my gate at 1:49 PM without coming to the door or attempting to ring the bell. When I went outside at 1:50 PM, he had already driven away again. I called him immediately, and instead of resolving the situation professionally, he was extremely rude and insisted he had been waiting and that I never answered the door -- despite the fact that it was still before the scheduled 2:00 PM appointment time. After arguing with me, he asked if I wanted him to return. Given his behavior and unprofessional attitude, I declined. This experience showed a clear lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
