Muquifo is one of my fav spots in São Paulo. It is a very small, cute home feel restaurant that brings you the childhood memories through the simple but delicious dishes. It reminds you of "comidinha da vó" or in English, grandma's food. It is a cosy restaurant but they have adapted pretty nicely for social distancing during COVID.
When visiting you have two option: week day for their executive lunch menu-- very affordable for $57 reais and it comes with an entrance, main dish and dessert.
For dinner, you can enjoy their delicious dishes.
A just when you-- make sure you try the famous carrot cake covered with chocolate ganache. It is simply divine and to die for.
Definitely allocate some time to visit this restaurant. You won't get disappointed. read more
