East Ridge Landscaping is a fantastic local landscaping business. I've had them do multiple…read moreprojects in my backyard and I've been extremely happy with the results each time. John is one of the most professional and trustworthy independent contractors I've ever worked with. He is really easy to work with and he goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy with the final product. I recently asked him to change our side gate. All of the gates that we found online were easily over $2000. I asked John if he's able to bring the cost down and he did. He was able to bring the price down by going out of his way and sourcing the parts from different places. If that's not amazing customer service then I don't know what is. I don't usually leave yelp reviews but East Ridge Landscaping has definitely earned it from me. I highly recommend this business.

Firstly, I'd like to acknowledge that although the business is primarily a landscaping company,…read moreJohn provided us full assurance and comfort that he would be able to get the job done within a discussed timeframe and quality assurance, adding that he wanted to dabble with interior work to further build his portfolio. After the completed job, it may take some time before my family is able to recommend interior touch ups to others that may be looking into it. Getting into the scope of work and what was completed, a large part of the job was to repair drywall damage due to water leaks, paint touch ups, and door replacements. The attached pictures are, believe it or not, the "finished" work. Clear lack of attention to detail, and not sure even a secondary (or tertiary) quality check could make the job even appear more polished. In fairness to John, the finished product of landscaping related jobs from other reviews look great! But as far as interior work and aspirations to receive more projects in that scope of work, our house may have just been a stepping stone, but there may be a lot more stones to cross to even pass decent quality work for ourselves and others.

I had called in and left a detailed voice messaging of the yard work that needed to be completed. I texted and work with Gina, scheduling a "quote inspection." I also provided her pictures of the front-lawn. After reviewing and providing the information to Ruben, he had quoted out $250.00 for some sod replacement in the front yard. Ruben came out a week after speaking with Gina to take a look at the scope of work. It was pretty straight forward job and mentioned that his team would be able to come out to the house to fix the yard the week after. Gina and Ruben scheduled me for a Monday at 9:00 A.M. His team had arrived promptly and had the yard work completed within two hours. This team is amazing. The front yard looks awesome! If you're looking for a lawn service company, I would highly recommend Ruben's Lawn Service.
