My husband recently went in to upgrade his phone, and the representative assisting him pressured…read morehim into accepting multiple add-ons such as a home protection plan and other services. Despite his insistence on not adding anything extra, the employee acted as if those add-ons were mandatory and made the process unnecessarily difficult. Shortly after, I visited the same location to have my broken phone fixed. The employee who helped me (possibly the same brown-haired woman who assisted my husband) did not discuss or mention any additional services being added to my account. However, the next day I noticed new charges on my bill and received an email confirming I had been enrolled in a home protection plan--something I never requested or authorized. It's unacceptable to enroll customers in paid services without their consent. This feels deceptive and dishonest, and it seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I urge others to double-check their bills and use the AT&T app or emails to verify that no unauthorized changes have been made after visiting this store. AT&T, please investigate this location and resolve these unauthorized charges immediately.

I called 611, which is…read moreusually the only reliable way to get assistance, but sometimes there is a lack of communication between customer service representatives and the stores. I was told by a rep that I had to visit this store in person to fill out forms and provide proof of death to cancel my mom's account after her passing. I confirmed multiple times with the rep on the phone that this was necessary, despite my experience that billing issues are usually handled through 611. After driving there and wasting time and gas, I found out it wasn't necessary at all. When I arrived at the Flag Miami store, I explained my situation to the store manager. Unfortunately, she seemed more focused on chatting with her team and complaining about not being able to attend a meeting the next day than helping me. This experience was frustrating and deeply disappointing, especially during such a difficult time. Better communication and professionalism are needed between customer service and the stores.

I purchased an adapter from Apple recently with online order and it was the wrong one. Apple does not make the USB-A to USB-C adapter but the Apple associate who helped me informed me that Beats is closest thing to Apple product since Apple bought Beats. Cost was $18.99 so not bad. The Mophie option was $19.99. Noted. I decided to wait on this purchase to see if I really needed it. This is more for all the new plugs changing over to USB-C but I still want to use anything I have that still caters to USB-A. Confusing right? Ha. All in all, Apple customer service is usually always top notch and the stores are minimalistic. Clean and modern. Aesthetically pleasing. Great location!

It started turning off, locking, and just switching to the Apple icon. I first stopped by the T-Mobile store in Wynwood and they were out of watches with the wrist strap that I wanted. To their credit the T-Mobile employee referred me to go to this Apple Store. I explained the situation first to Sebastian, the sales manager on the floor. He tested and was able to generate at least a partial credit for my old watch. He then talked me through the configuration and selection process for a new watch through their in-store iPad. He also explained that I could've swapped out my wrist band into the new watch. (I have one of the sports ones instead of the default when it comes with the iPhone.) After completing my order & payment, he asked that Denise help me with the actual configuration & setup for my watch. She had me sit at one of the open table / workbenches and charge my phone while the ioS software updated on my phone & watch. This did take almost over an hour, which was a hiccup to my Sunday schedule. However, I now have a new & functioning AppleWatch. The store itself is pretty clean and well lit, though watched by the tough looking security guys at various points along the store. The bathroom is accessible behind a service corridor.
