I also appreciated the text reminder of our appointment. They arrived on time and were great with our dog. She had a lot of undercoat fluff stuck in her coat and over grown nails after taking a bit of a back seat while some of her animal siblings were sick over the last two years and it just seems like as she ages she is matting more and not shedding her fur as easily. Our girl came out of their trailer smelling and looking good, and looked a lot thinner with all the extra fluff removed. Jade also made sure we knew about a broken nail and a foxtail that we hadn't realized was there :( I feel terrible we missed it but I'm so thankful she let us know! She handled our dogs with so much care and confidence and adapted perfectly to each of their special needs without ever making anything feel rushed or difficult. The grooming itself was flawless. I wanted to find someone local and Jacqueline was able to squeeze me in today for a "puppy bath and sanitary trim" .
