I went for an iced tea here, as it wasn't too cold of a day. Many others went for their coffee, and they all liked it. I also liked the iced tea, it was the perfect amount of sweetness. When we received our drinks, I noticed that mine did not look at all like the picture, it was supposed to be green & instead was blue & purple. It was also supposed to have whipping cream & chocolate cookie crumbs on top. The crumbs were there but no whipping cream. I called the waitress over, she looked at it, read the ingredients on the placard & thought everything was there except the cream. I said yes but it's supposed to be green in colour. We all thought it was strange. Anyway, she left & about 5 mins later the bartender arrived & owned up to the mistake. Admitting that he had made about 40 of them for other people & was making them wrong all along. He thanked me for being the one to call him out on it. He asked if I wanted him to replace it & I said no just make sure he made them right in the future. I didn't want him to take it & make me a new one because I didn't want to wait another 20 mins! Ordering our food, I ordered the Loaded Fajitas, the waitress was like, we don't have them. My husband asked if they had fish & chips, nope, didn't have that either. Waitress's excuse was they had just reopened after being closed for a bit. I was ready to walk out & probably should have but we stayed, ordered something else, all of us did. It took 1/2 an hr, if not longer to get our food & they still were not that busy. My friend & I ordered dessert & again it took a long time to come. When we got our bills I thought oh, maybe they will take something off for the fact that they screwed up on my drink but nope, nothing was taken off. Mine & my hubby's bill was $80 something & trust me, the food & service was not worth $80. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip. The lighting in the is dark, even sitting near the window I could barely see the writing on the menu. In my opinion it's darker than The Keg. We will NOT be going back any time soon!
